Manish Choudhary has varied experience spanning multibillion dollar technology corporations that have evolved over the last century to stay relevant to a prestigious list of global clients, as well as startups in deep technologies that saw successful exits.

He works at Diebold Nixdorf, a Fortune 1000 company counted among the world’s top 10 financial technology specialists as head of global software business, and previously at Pitney Bowes, a global technology company providing commerce solutions in the areas of e-commerce, shipping, mailing, and financial services.

Manish’s cross cultural background, he was educated in India, Singapore, and the USA, and has worked in Asia as well as America, has played a major role in helping him build successful technology businesses both in greenfield startup opportunities and scaling them to 1000+ employees globally or running complex global businesses for multi-billion dollar organizations.

His investments in talent, community building, and company culture led his employers create successful organizations leading them to ‘Great Place to Work’ and ‘Best Employer’ awards. A champion of diversity and inclusion at the workplace, he has advised Catalyst, a nonprofit membership organization expanding opportunities for women and business, and spearheaded initiatives and programs that recognized Pitney Bowes as ‘Best Workplace for Women’.

Manish’s passion for innovations around technology and building new businesses has seen him engage with several angel funds and launch corporate Accelerator Program a start-up incubator providing mentorship to innovative information technology start-ups. Many of those technology led transformation and leadership were featured on platforms such as CNBC, Money Control, Bloomberg, The Economic Times, Forbes and the NYSE and US-India Business Council. Manish enjoys art (oil on canvas) and loves to travel, seeing the world in person and through his camera lens. He lives in Greenwich, Connecticut with his family.
