Manish Choudhary

Senior Vice President Global SMB Products & Strategy and Chairman India Operations Pitney Bowes Inc.


Manish is a qualified Architect, a passion he pursues until today. He enjoys travelling to architecturally rich locations across the globe and cannot help but notice the intricacies in architectural marvels. He also has a keen eye and appreciation for art and even spends time painting with his medium of choice being oil on canvas. He has even done a thesis with the reputed Indian film director and screenwriter, Shyam Benegal with the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII).Manish is an MBA from the Anderson School of Management, UCLA, Los Angeles, and MS from Ohio. He also has an executive MBA from NUS Business School, Singapore and received an executive education from Harvard Business School and MIT.

Manish has met with leaders and organizations across industries including prominent government officials from USA and India. He has had the honor of sharing his ideas at prestigious global events and organizations like NYSE, participating in the opening bell, National Postal Forum (US), Global Entrepreneurship Summit. Manish shares a close relationship with NITI Aayog, the planning commission of India supporting national transformation initiatives like the Skill India movement. He regularly participates in policy and decision making with Indian and US business councils and is one of the key founding Board Members of Catalyst, a global nonprofit organization that promotes inclusive workplaces for women. He is also on the advisory board of an Angel VC firm and a non-profit organization. Manish also enjoys connecting with young minds, sharing his experiences through guest lectures at various universities including the esteemed Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.

Throughout his career, Manish has held a variety of leadership roles including currently serving as SVP, Global SMB Products & Strategy and Chairman India at Pitney Bowes. He believes leadership is not just about being passionate for what you do but also about inspiring others to step outside their comfort zones, take risks and perform to the best of their capabilities. Manish currently leads a global team of over 900 people, across 5 countries and 12 locations

Being a technology enthusiast and considering the dynamism of the technology field, Manish has always been inclined to innovate and take a creative approach while working on some of the most complex business problems or running a global organization. Manish pioneered the Pitney Bowes Startup Accelerator Program in 2014 that has incubated 23 starts up and has been named one of Top 15 Startup incubators. He also launched the Global Hackathon at Pitney Bowes to leverage the power of the collective knowledge of the global developer community to create new solutions to serve small and medium businesses.
